No. All you need is your jump rope set, this app, and enough space to jump (no gym required).
What do the workouts look like?

Crossrope workouts are built around different combinations of jump rope and bodyweight exercises to help you burn calories, build strength, and improve endurance. Workouts range from 5 to 60 minutes.

Rounds! Now you can easily create your own simple workouts within the Crossrope app, like 30 seconds of basic jump followed by 30 seconds of rest for 10 rounds. Whether you're a beginner wanting to start with a simple 30/30 workout, or if you're doing intense speed training, or if you want to get started right away and don't feel like finding a specific workout, rounds workouts are great for you. They run with our standard easy-to-use workout timer, so AMP users can use TargetTrainer to get personalized jump targets, and you can see your Heart Rate while you jump if you have an Apple Watch or compatible monitor.
