Rounds! Now you can easily create your own simple workouts within the Crossrope app, like 30 seconds of basic jump followed by 30 seconds of rest for 10 rounds. Whether you're a beginner wanting to start with a simple 30/30 workout, or if you're doing intense speed training, or if you want to get started right away and don't feel like finding a specific workout, rounds workouts are great for you. They run with our standard easy-to-use workout timer, so AMP users can use TargetTrainer to get personalized jump targets, and you can see your Heart Rate while you jump if you have an Apple Watch or compatible monitor.

AMP users can see how many jumps you are ahead of projected during each rest interval of a workout! Now even if you don't hit all your targets, you can still see how your total jumps compares to your projection while you're doing the workout.

Set your profile to public for other users to see your workout results, and if your profile is private, other users can search you by username to request to follow you. Follow your friends, the Crossrope Trainers, or users on the Leaderboard to stay motivated to jump more. Compare your monthly and daily jump totals to other users you're following.
- With our new program filter, you can easily filter all 20+ programs or search for them by name to find your perfect program

We completely redesigned the workout preview screen! Now it's easier to see all the information about a workout to decide if it's the right one for you. Specific changes include:
- You can see more of the workout's exercises at the top of the preview screen, with the ability to click each of them to see it in full size
- We've rebranded AMP jump targets in workouts to TargetTrainer™! Now you can see your projected jumps for the whole workout based on your intensity levels and whether you choose Challenging or Easier mode. Even non-AMP users can see how many jumps they'd do in a workout with TargetTrainer based on their potential intensity levels.
- You can click into the workout details and see the specific targets for each interval before you start

Ladders!
Now you can also do ladder-style workouts in our app, where you focus on completing a certain number of reps for each set until you move onto the next set. Ladders are great because they are self-paced, a more efficient way to get a great workout in, and can be competitive if you want to compete against yourself or a friend. We'll release new ones every week.
